Thank you for your positive feedback, we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay. As we explained, heavy rainfall can sometimes cause a small discolouration to our water, which is spring fed and naturally filtered through the surrounding peat. Our supply is also filtered through an extensive system including a UV filter and is regularly tested. We also supply bottled water in our cabins.
Thank you for bringing to our attention, in your review, your concern with the shower pressure. Our showers have two dials, the top one has three positions which control water pressure; the bottom dial controls temperature. It was noticed by housekeeping, after your stay, that the shower had been turned into eco mode which utilises reduced pressure to save water. We have also had the shower fully checked and no issues were found.
