We don't have or advertise shepherd's huts at our site, you stayed in one of our deluxe lodges which are much bigger than typical shepherd's huts, however I'm sorry that your stay was not up to your expectations. I have passed your comments onto the team to ensure that we always learn and improve from any critical feedback. A larger number of guests than you confirmed on your booking actually turned up to stay, I'm afraid the team didn't know beforehand allowing them to prepare for this. However I'm glad they were able to sort the issue out to your satisfaction shortly after. We are sorry that you were disappointed and would welcome you back in the future.

Was lovely to meet you all. We feel the Wigwams are a perfect location for touring the island, close enough to Portree and yet feel quite rural. We are glad you found our Wigwams suited all your holiday needs.
