Did not deal well with my comments about the design quality of the product. I was trying to be helpful, but was basically told that as far as the company was concerned there was not a problem.

I can assure you that your reccomendations have been taken into account and we have done our best to implement them in our product and service. Since your order we have also started sanding down the seat rails we provide. So thanks to yourself hopefully no more splinters!

The product was easy to put together and is robust. But the last layer requires the plastic dowells to be sawn down to the correct size. This is a major design flaw. Also the finish on the last layer

Easy to order very efficient and helpful. Original designs and lots of good ideas.

Quite easy to assemble, although there were some items missing, these were quickly despatched. Some pegs to connect the blocks remained proud so blocks don't all fit snuggly.
