Thanks for your feedback. We are really sorry about your poor delivery service. We use palletways delivery network who are normally very good. We also always ask for a tail lift delivery on all orders and a pallet trolley so something went wrong this time. We have now refunded your delivery charge and have spoken to the depot involved. Hopefully this will stop it happening again.

Everything good apart form delivery which was dangerous and inadequate. i would only order agin if this was rectified. A shame as it is a fabulous product.
