Pleased with frame however one of the glass inserts was broken when received and so had to obtain a new piece of glass before frame could be given to my daughter as a birthday present!

The item I wanted to purchase wasn't on the website. I emailed Black by Design to see if it was an item they stock. I was contacted by Lynette who kindly told me she'd order it in. Lynette kept me up to date with the order status and emailed me with the link to go the direct page to place my order, when the cushion came into stock. When it was available to order, I ordered it after 6pm and I choose next day delivery. It arrived the following day after dispatch with DPD. The postage costs for a courier service are excellent!
