The basic plan seems to cover the essentials which is what we wanted.

They were very friendly and helpful on the phone & the form has encouraged me to have conversations with my dad about what he'd like (which will remove some stress for me when the time comes).

I have not explored any other product so have nothing to compare Age concern Funeral plan with. The plan I choose itself seem to cover all that I feel I required.

I arranged the plan on the telephone and found the person I spoke with Peter who was patient , I did not feel hurried and had my questions answered

I rate this funeral plan highly and would recommend it to anyone I know who may be thinking of taking this step.

I found the application form very straightforward, so no worries there, and everything went through very smoothly. I am glad I made the effort to put my funeral plan in place.

Seems to include most of what I want and the rest - bamboo casket, embalming, etc., will be easy enough for family to arrange when the time comes. Form for special requests is useful.

Plan came back to me promptly. Good value for money compared to Dignity Funeral Plan via Funeral Director.
