Very friendly people making me feel relaxed and helping me to even choose my plot by making a phone call to the council for me.

Would be better if can pay for the plan in the local office instead of a call back from the service centre. I'm always nervous of providing bank details over the phone without verifying who is calling

It is a little disappointing that my own Plan, receipt and package has been received three days ago, but my wife's plan has not been acknowledged yet, although the two plans were instigated together!
