Whilst booking appointment online, it shows you list of doctors but doesn’t show their details in terms of their speciality.

Your staff are always very courtesy on the telephone. BUT having been with AXA for many years (and also when I was on the company policy at Sotheby's) - second highest rate and pay an enormous premium each month (hardly ever claimed) I am HORRIFIED at the amount (with physio and hydro therapy)) approx £3,000 + excess (incl. which I am sure I have to pay for: medication/Care and Emergency Princess Grace Hospital and transport from London/Suffolk/telephone call from my doctor in London Dr Debbie Street). I have not been at home in the north since my accident (and have two other issues) - for two months as in Suffolk (too long a journey to the north) having to lie horizontal as much as possible for 8 weeks. I do not have here in Suffolk the AXA booklet telling what and what is not included. It seems to me despite referrals etc everything is 'out patient'. Professor Arun Ranganathan is writing a letter for me to forward on to AXA next week to say physiotherapy is ESSENTIAL for recovery and therefore part of my on going treatment (as is for example Dr David Freur's telephone calls - pain relief doctor therefore on going treatment) Should AXA not pay for physio/hydro therapy , I will, of course, ask an insurance broker to look into an alternative medical insurers before the renewal policy date in November '22. The service i have received from AXA has always been good. the only thing that is lets them down is the long call wait to provide update on treatment.

Very smooth process, and a great Consultant experience. Annual fee is quite steep, and if you are prepared to shop around you might be able to get better value cover.
