The show was amazing would highly recommend but our seats were double booked and we ended up right at the back

Hello,

You had initially booked tickets on the Grand Circle which is the second floor of the theatre.

This level was closed during the performance and you were offered better seats of a higher value in the Royal Circle.

I can assure you that the seats you had booked initially were not as good as the one you were given.

I disagree. I booked row B seats cause I’m short and we were put in row J which meant for most the show my view was obstructed
