The 300AZ bins used to be smaller and suspended from a frame, and the standard instructions still show this configuration. The product is now redesigned with much bigger bins supported in a Blum Tandembox soft-close drawer unit. This means that the new 300AZ gives you great capacity for your recycling, hidden away in a 300mm cabinet, and built to Wesco and Blum's top quality standards. As Binopolis customer satisfaction is paramount, instead of leaving you with incorrect instructions we send all customers who order 300AZ our own fitting guidelines which include those for the Blum Tandembox. These are ensuring that all 300AZ's supplied by us are successfully fitted. Jane

The fitting instructions for the Pullboy Z bins are supplied by Wesco and come with the product as standard. At Binopolis we add extra fitting guidelines including those for the Blum Tandembox element of the product. This ensures that the Pullboy bins are fitted successfully. Thanks for your kind feedback: it's not a problem to exchange an unused product for a different one if you have ordered the wrong size or find that one doesn't quite fit. We will collect the first bin and despatch the new one as soon as we can, especially as many customers have their kitchen fitter or joiner on site! Just give us a call as soon as possible when you realise that an exchange is needed and we'll help to ensure that the second product is the right one. Jane
