Thank you for your fantastic feedback! We agree that because your bin is used so many times a day, it's important that it functions effectively and looks good in your kitchen. So a great bin such as a Simplehuman recycler really does make light work of helping to sort the recycling, and the initial investment is repaid many times over in the years that it works well for you and stays looking smart. We're always happy to suggest an in-cupboard bin to fit a customer's cabinet: just call or email your dimensions and the capacity you need. If you need any help with fitting advice, we can often help on the phone or by emailing extra diagrams and parts lists. Additionally, as we did with you, we can put you in touch with the Blum fitting helpline which has technicians ready to help even in the evenings and on Saturdays. So we'll always make sure you have all the help you need until you have an excellent Wesco bin fully installed. Jane

Thanks. I am fully happy with Binopolis who were very helpful throughout when we had difficulties with the instructions. And now fitted, the bin is great.

We try to make our customer service of 'the highest standard' and this also applies to returns. We provide accurate information on products and their dimensions so that customers have all the information they need to choose the right bin, but if a product isn't what you were expecting we will give every assistance to help get the package back to us as economically but safely as possible. The Hailo bin is great for smaller households and we think that for a steel dual compartment bin it represents good value. It was unfortunate that your bin arrived damaged, but transit damage does occasionally happen. In normal use the bin doesn't dent. Jane
