Many thanks for your feedback and appreciate your positive rating you have given us for service. We are sorry that you are somewhat disappointed with the fitting instructions and the product. We have referred your comments back to Wesco and they will look to see if they can develop some clearer instructions, although this will clearly take some time. They and ourselves were also sorry to hear that the lid doesn't seem to fit flush. This is a product that Wesco has sold in its thousands and they have received very few adverse comments about the product or the way the lid fits. As suggested in our email to you on receiving your Feefo feedback, if you could send us some photos of the fitted bin we can forward those to Germany to see if they can identify what might be causing the problem. We hope you will do this so we can hopefully find a more successful and positive outcome for you. Rob
