As a result of this review I received a telephone call ( recorded) a male from BQ watches who made reference to my review stating he wished I had contacted him directly ( my 8 calls clearly not enough) caller made various assumptions about ‘ my business’ and said he would rather have lost £100 than deal with a bad review. He also made reference to my maths being incorrect. I listened to his words and then asked to give my opinion and view. He continued to interrupt. He clearly lost his self control or purposely escalated his threatening way & I tried to suggest he address his business shortfalls .One would deduce that a rip off price was offered initially & then it was pointed out the significant differing valuations locally. This threatening and sinister toned call ended wth the caller using profanities which I intend to deal with .No payment of the outstanding £100 which I had emailed to them and have proof of . I welcome any lawful challenge or facts that differ outside of this forum if only to ensure others do not get cajoled in receiving a low price , poor service and receipt of nasty reprehensible and aggressive calls . Let’s see if theany challenge is made & I will report here if I have any apology or receipt of the outstanding £100
