Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to read that you were dissatisfied with some aspects of your stay. We appreciate you making us aware of the dishwasher not cleaning properly although you have not stated which of the two villas has the problem. This is not something that has been reported to us before and we are now carrying out our own checks and will ensure this is either fixed or, if need be, the dishwasher replaced. Your reference to a musty smell in the villa is puzzling as none of our team have not noticed such a smell either prior to your arrival or when we attended after you departed. Neither have previous guests made such a comment. Regardless, we have however asked our house keeping team to attend to the two villas and double check again. Thank you for making us aware. You are most certainly not expected to do any cleaning when staying with us and we are sorry you found it necessary. This is of genuine concern to us. Certainly if you were unhappy with the oven trays we would have replaced them as we usually have supplies in stock. We are in the process of doing a full inventory ahead of the main season and going through each villa replacing inventory as needed. The linen and towels are cleaned by our laundry at head office and we have strict standards of quality control. We regularly replace linen and towels as needed and do not tolerate worn or discoloured bedding/towels, therefore your comment has come as a surprise. It is unfortunate you did not report any of these issues to us at the time of your stay as we would have been able to attend and get them fixed. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority and at worse we would have moved you to an alternative villa to ensure you were happy for the rest of your stay. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can now follow up as necessary.
