We are disappointed to hear you were unhappy with the apartment and when you contacted us the day after arrival. We arranged for maintenance to attend to fix the cupboard door (as it had dropped on the hinges) and to tighten the toilet seats. We note your comments about the vertical blinds and with the owner's permission these are now being removed as there are curtains over the window and the blinds serve no useful purpose. They took a little time to take down which is why we had to wait to do this on a changeover day. Thank you for making us aware of these issues. Yours sincerely, Tracy Kirton

Thank you for your feedback and your comments are duly noted. We were not aware of an issue with the sofa cushion zip so thank you for pointing this out. We are sorry to hear you had issues with the TV signal, a lack of mugs and a missing wooden spoon. Please accept our apologies for these issues but we would have been able to fix them if you had made us aware during your stay. When the apartment is next vacated we will be sure to attend so future guests are not inconvenienced. Our management team reviewed the supply of complimentary toiletries and back in early 2020 we were considering wall dispensers for this very purpose. Unfortunately with Covid we had to shelve such ideas due to the risk of virus contamination and it was deemed safer to continue with the individual bottles. We are aware they are not ideal as they are not environmentally friendly but with Covid still around this is not something we will be changing in the very near future. It is however on our agenda for the future. We note your comment about the bathroom and this has been passed onto our management team. For anyone reading this would respectfully point out that there is a second bathroom in the apartment with walk in shower.
