Unfortunately, the Fedex tracking information suggested the customer was unavailable at the property at the time of attempted delivery. We will always take complaints of this nature up with Fedex for you.
We endeavour to deliver all parcels within the required timescale, however if there are circumstances beyond our control, this may not always be possible.We offer all of our direct customers a 14-day “no quibble” money-back returns policy if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Clogau jewellery (not earrings for hygiene reasons).
