The packaging has been modified in recent years to improve sustainability and reduce waste. However all ampoules are still individually protected. If the packaging is faulty it is always best to contact the office directly in order for us to be able to assist you.

As in the previous reply please contact the office if you have received a damaged product to enable us to assist you. The packaging has been modified to reduce waste but is still designed to protect the ampoules. It is a priority for our customers to receive products in good order all around the world.
