We certainly acknowledge that there were issues with our previous courier on occasion which is why we moved to Parcel Force from the end of March to take advantage of their fully tracked services with the intention of shortening delivery times and improving the customer experience. Customers can now track their parcel all the way to their door via email and SMS notifications and even rearrange the delivery date if they are not going to be available.
I can also reassure you that our staff did contact the courier at that time as promised but unfortunately the instructions given were not followed. Another reason to make the move that we have done.
