This is the first the Management have heard of your issues, so we are certainly not washing our hands of it. I believe you have had some contact with the broker involved on this situation and I will personally take this up with him.
I have asked Sharon (Client Relation Manager) to call you (she advised she has made contact) and we are trying to get hold of the landlord to get some clarity for you. I appreciate your patience - we will be in touch.
