Hi Marina, many thanks for your time on the phone earlier. As discussed, we don't manage this particular property but were speaking to the landlord who's arranging to have the faulty appliances inspected. We were un-aware that the landlord was traveling so that's why he hasn't been responsive for the last 24hrs. I understand that the washing machine has already been inspected and the AC control box has been fixed. The kitchen hood light, missing TV remote control and leaking fridge will be inspected shortly by a technician and Harrison will also be there to assist.
