The boat was well maintained, very comfortable, and exceptionally well designed for the rental market. It was basically a floating hotel room with all the normal amenities!

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and are very sorry that you felt this was not delivered to you. We are also saddened to hear that you felt disappointed cruising one of our most popular destinations, the UNESCO world heritage designated Canal du Midi. Carcassone is indeed a must-see on the route but we are sad that you didn't enjoy the time cruising or the other stops and experiences of the region.
