Thank you for the call and empathy. Our experiences, as stated, have been largely positive and I cannot speak highly enough of the people I've dealt with, particularly Chris at the Fleet branch who has been professional and courteous throughout. He is a credit to the Organisation and has restored my confidence in Romans service completely. We look forward to a long and happy tenancy.

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to read that any problems that you have had have been dealt with well. With regards to out of hours contact, we do have a customer service department available until 10pm on weekdays and they are available until 5pm over the weekends. We do also have a 24 hour emergency line for tenants should they need this. If you are unable to get through to the branch, our customer service department have access to all of our systems and would be able to help you with all enquiries. Richard, I'll contact you directly as I have seen nothing that demonstrates to me the core underlying issues and process failures have been addressed. I have no confidence in the ongoing use of Oakley Jane and have had no explanation of why they were used again when I'd specifically stated I didn't want to use them. There are other issues to cover as well.
