Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry you had this experience. We have not had any complaints about our reptile section, and I feel that our web system was to blame. With click and collect, you should have received an email notification to let you know whether the item was available for collection or not. This was not the case and is being rectified at the moment. The reptile department weren’t expecting your visit (which would account for the appearance of lack of organisation) We are also removing the brown crickets from our website for the time being until we can improve the supply chain, and ensure stocking levels which meet customer demand.
