Website easy enough to use for personalisation but navigating products is a bit messy

So far I've just used the labels on a small lunch box, a beaker and book. 2 of the 3 have already come off after 3 days. Design is nice but disappointed with the quality

The product is amazing. The only thing is that when one makes a mistake you do not give the customer a couple of minutes to cancel the order.
