We accept that on this occasion we made an error on communication and our fitter turned up to fit the shutter in time for Christmas but the email did not get to Mrs Davis and she was therefore not there (due to 2 Davis's being on the system and details incorrectly updated - hence the confusion). Unfortunately on fitting there had been a typo on the order and the shutter was not the right size. We have apologised and re-ordered the shutter immediately. We await the delivery date from the manufacture and as soon as we have received this we will contact Mrs Davis as promised and she will be booked in for the fit. We fit 100's of shutters per year and all customer's are given the right to feedback be it positive or negative. We accept our responsibility when we make a mistake and put that right as quickly as we can. Our apologies again to Mrs Davis and we hope that she will be delighted when we have fitted her shutter.
