Instore service is always very friendly and informative. Staff are always keen to help without being intrusive or cocky - as seems to be customary in lots of other guitar shops!

very impressive guitar store, i get excited whenever i go there! staff are very helpful especially when i have had problems with my guitar and have been able to fix any issues immediately.

Spoke to a man called Colin he was very polite and had a conversation about the boss blues driver pedal I purchased and about good customer service!
