I would like to apologise for the delay in getting your chairs 2 days late to you, this was due to the manufacturers stock discrepancy.
Our standard free delivery however would mean that you are not charged for delivery, and unfortunately, we are not able to offer a faster delivery service on these items as they always take 5-7 days to deliver.
We were also unable to price match, as we were £2.76 cheaper than the price match quote that you gave us, so we were already the cheapest!
I am very sorry that you felt unhappy with our service as we always strive to offer great service and great prices - which we thought we provided.
