Steve regularly gets excellently positive feedback from students and in the couple of years he has been with us, this is the first time we have ever had a comment of this nature about him. Steve is highly trained and we have no doubts about his instructional ability. As mentioned, we have never had even a slight issue with Steve before. Clearly there was a clash of personalities which can happen and is quite very natural. I'm sure you can appreciate this is something we couldn’t have foreseen. If you had mentioned this at the time, we would have immediately addressed this for you, and you would have had a different instructor for the 2nd day.
Due to insurance purposes, our vehicles have to be kept safely locked inside the compound overnight. This is so they can't be stolen or tampered with, and means we are 100% confident our students are learning in a safe vehicle. You have mentioned how you missed your test time, this would have easily been made if it wasn't for the unpredictable accident on the way there, which we cannot control. Our instructor was also informed upon arrival to the test centre that the test would have been cancelled regardless due to the accident affecting the routes around Guildford.
We booked you in for your test again free of charge as you mentioned, you passed first time, and had 2 instructors that you got on really well with, and so I hope all in all, you had a pleasant experience. We believe everything in our power was done to create a comfortable learning environment and this is substantiated by your first time pass.
