So sorry to hear about the difficulties you have had with your order. I have been investigating further and unfortunately due to the popularity of the Brown Squares Runner your order could not be fulfilled straight away - my apologies that this was the case. I'm not sure however why your order was cancelled - I shall look into this as this is certainly unusual and not the service we would ever want our customers to experience. With regard to your mat moving, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the mat will not move at all. All multi-grip Turtle Mats have anti-slip backings to minimise creep on carpets but with such a wide variety of carpets and floor surfaces available we cannot guarantee no movement at all. I know that Lakeland have a Rug Control Spray or Grip-a-Rug tape that may well help with the movement - if this is of any help.
