I am very sorry to hear you are disappointed with both our service and your Golden Lily Turtle Mat. Checking our records it would seem that your complaint did not get passed on to us from our customer service team, my apologies that this was the case - I will follow this up with the team as we want all our customers to be happy with their Turtle Mats and am disappointed this has not been your experience. With regard to the mat, if you feel it is not working as it should for you please return it to us, as it may be that it is faulty and we can either organise a replacement or refund accordingly.
