So sorry to hear that you are still waiting on your order placed in April. I understand that my colleague Heather has express shipped a replacement out today so it should arrive with you by Monday at the latest. Your original order was dispatched by Royal Mail two days after you placed your order. Currently, however, this is not a trackable service and it seems to have gone missing.
