Hi , We appreciate your frustration. In the first instance however , you misplaced you order as a click and collect order which bares no charge. It is true that we used to until recently provide a free local delivery 48hr service on orders of £25 or more only ( inline with our industry competitors ). We found however that during the COVID 19 Pandemic lockdown that has ensued that customers were beginning to experience delays in the order of 10 working days. So we made changes to the service and selected a local private carrier. That service greatly reduced delivery times for Northern Irish customers massively to the two days and reliably so as you have mentioned. That service is also more expensive and so we have had to pass a £0.99 charge to customers on orders over £25 however, we are in fact absorbing the majority of the cost. Please understand that our team is doing the very best it can in very difficult circumstances to keep services moving for customers such as yourself and provide as many options and features on the site to try to help people get what they need during what is a very challenging time for everyone. We are doing this with a skeleton crew split between our offices and people working at home with the same challenges and difficulties as everyone else is surely facing. We will continue to monitor feedback like this and and endeavour to make improvements wherever we can and as soon as we can. Hi , thanks for getting in touch with us about this . We can arrange to send out replacements but the same could happen again. Could we ask though before replacing, did you check upon opening and filling the tank to make sure the coil was securely fastened into the the tank base ? This should be checked each time the tank is opened and closed for filling. By opening the tank the coil can be gradually loosened from the base. This is the most common cause of the issue you've described. Try this and clean the tanks as it may resolve the problem you are having. Failing that we can replace the tanks if you wish. Thanks
