Hi Tim, We understand your disappointment with the response you received and this has been escalated and addressed within the business so it doesn't happen again. We do have a certain stipulated period we have to allow before sending out replacement packages but the procedure has been misunderstood by a member of staff and they will be re-trained to address this . We do offer a tracked service but this incurs a higher cost . You can find this option at the checkout stage on our website. With regards to your original package we would be more than happy to send out a tracked replacement package to try to expedite things here and get you back up and running with your Liquids. That will leave today and should be with you in 48hrs. However we seem to have been supplied an incomplete address to send the package to in the first instance. One of our administrators has will be in touch with you to try to resolve this prior to sending out the replacement. We will need this by 2pm today please. The issue is that there is no street and only a house number provided. So that's why your parcel hasn't arrived it seems. You can respond to the admin's email to you don't have to share your address details on this review platform. Thanks

Hi. Thanks for leaving your review and feedback. I understand your frustration. I am looking into why you have not received a reply to your previous correspondence attempts with us now. Its definitely unusual to not get a reply and that's not the service level we aim to deliver. # What I can say at this point is that Juul Kits in particular going to ROI seem to be subject to border checks. We believe this is because the kit contains a battery and pre-filled pods. The pods have electrical components and we believe this may meet the criteria for a suspicious device from their perspective. So they are obliged to periodically check them. Most of the packages seem to reach the recipient without delay but a small percentage incur delays and we believe this is the reason for them. Royal mail's Terms and conditions stipulate that we have to allow up to the 17th April (15 working days) before the package can be declared as missing . However we appreciate that it has already been a long wait considering your destination is not far away. Could we ask that you allow another 2 working days for the parcel to arrive and if by 4pm on Friday afternoon it has not arrived we will issue a replacement and send it on a tracked service to you. We will include a return envelope pre-paid in case the original turns up and you need to send it back to us. Would this arrangement be acceptable to you considering the circumstances ?
