We noticed you purchased 4 of these batteries. It's very unlikely that all 4 would not have charged. We think there could be something else going on here. We noticed you also bought a charging dongle. Is it possible the charger is at fault as opposed to the batteries ? Also , it's worth letting us know what the Dongle is plugged into. Is it a TV, Laptop or is it a wall plug ? If it's a wall plug , what type are you using as it can have a significant impact on whether the charger will work correctly.
