We are sorry to hear that us not having an in-house fitter currently impacted you this much. We do try to keep some continuity for this free service, however, recruitment for this type of position is not easy as we need someone with experience and the right soft skills. We have instead opted to put in place a waiting list and have several of our field-based fitters who come in at least once a month (on rotation) to offer a free fitting service for us.
