Further to your comments regarding the cobwebs, these were unfortunately either not noticed by our team or were created after our cleaners had left the property. We have to admit that cobwebs are the bane of our housekeepers’ lives and we have found that they can be created extremely quickly. It is well documented that a spider can weave an intricate web in an hour. Please accept our apologies for any cobwebs. If you had made us aware we would have attended promptly to remove them. Please be assured we have made our housekeeping team aware of your comments and reminded them of the importance of cleaning all corners of the property which is our standard protocol. In fairness we do regularly receive high scores from many independent review sites praising our cleanliness, but we accept that on this case we may have fallen short and if this was the case we are very sorry.
