Thank you for your feedback. There are a couple of different ways you could set up access for your clergy working away from the Cathedral office.
One option would be to add each person's home IP address to your account (useful if you have a few members of staff who regularly work from the same place). To find the IP addresses to add ask your members to visit
www.crockford.org.uk/test-ip. Once set up they will be logged in automatically whenever they visit the Crockford website.
As you have an institution subscription your login username and password will allow multiple users to login at once. So an alternative to IP address recognition would be to share your account email address and password with your clergy. They would need to login each time they visited the site.
