Hi Kevin, We are apologize for your experience. If you have already sent the unit out once we receive it and inspect it we will begin the refund process. If you have a tracking number please reach out to us direct so we can keep an eye out for it. Again sorry that you have this experience, we have no problem processing a refund and or providing you a new unit upon receipt of the original one.
