Since you indicated to the rep you were not able to take the information down because you were driving, we emailed the RMA number with the address to were you need to send the system in for an exchange or refund. We have verified that the email was sent out by two customer representatives. We apologize if there has been any misunderstanding in this matter. We supply return labels for items being return or exchange for manufacture defect within the first 30 days of purchase.
