Dear Customer, Thanks fro the feedback. It is of concern since it is one of the best known emollients available as on date. In fact, it is famous for being extremely minimal sticky and easy to apply. I had used it myself as well and found that to be true. It may help if you shake the canister before using.. Please do not use it on wet skin, not even droplets of water or with any other cream etc already applied to the skin. with regards Four Square Healthcare
