Dear Chris, Imutest Allergy Tests are CE certified and independently assessed by notified EU bodies. It passes stringent assessments for their quality and only then allowed to be sold. It is quite likely than unknowingly something got missed or was not carried out as advised or perhaps not in the sequence advised. Did you by any chance take a picture so we can understand your concern better? Did you squeeze the bulb at the top of blood drawing tube? Was it held horizontally whilst drawing the blood? The blood is sucked automatically in to the tube and squeezing the bulb to **** in the blood will cause too little or more than required blood sample. The bulb is there only to push out the sample. Did you add the developer complete or some of it fell outside? Did you add the developer in to the large well (this not the one in to which blood sample was added)? Did you then leave the test plate horizontally for 15 minutes? Did you hold the test plate horizontally whilst pulling out the blue slider and hear a click ensuring it was pulled out completely? Did the blue colour besides the tick mark on the test plate turn white? This indicates that the slider was pulled out completely and the reaction can take place giving a positive or negative result.
