Garden Trading aim to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers and we are actively working to improve our delivery services.
We endeavour to fulfil orders as soon as possible but regrettably may not always be able to keep customers updated with changes due to the volume of orders. Our system shows that the delivery driver attempted delivery on the 16th and 17th April, but unfortunately unable to gain access to the property, a request was made on the 18th April to redelivery on the 23rd April when delivery was made.
Once again I apologies for the inconvenience caused and I hope that you are happy with your purchase.
