I'm sorry to hear that your experience has fallen short of the standards we'd have expected. With regards to the delivery issues, we use the services of DPD because of their industry-leading customer satisfaction scores, however, quite clearly this isn't justified in your case. Unfortunately, we're still somewhat beholden to the competency of their individual drivers and we can only apologise for what's happened here. I understand that our Customer Service Team have been in contact to rectify the matter however we would be happy to issue a full refund should you wish.
