We are still awaiting our final fix. This has been going on since August. Customer service has been extremely poor.
No communication since we paid our excess, yet still awaiting a part.
The service was very good insurance wise it was just a shame I was given a courtesy car that was not suitable for me to drive. It was also a shame that I had to wait so long for the parts although it
It was great when it got started. There appeared to be a long delay between the accident and the repair.
It was also difficult to navigate the excess refund, and in fact, I still haven't received it
Hyundai handled the claim very well.
The only issue was the bodywork shop booked in the repair and told me it be about 3 days, but when I dropped it off they didn’t have all the parts so was delayed.
