We are still awaiting our final fix. This has been going on since August. Customer service has been extremely poor. No communication since we paid our excess, yet still awaiting a part.

Hyundai handled the claim very well. The only issue was the bodywork shop booked in the repair and told me it be about 3 days, but when I dropped it off they didn’t have all the parts so was delayed.
