Hello, we thank you for your feedback. We are sorry if you had a bad experience with Le chameau. We unfortunately do not offer a gift wrapping service at the moment which is why you received your parcel in the original packaging but we might offer this option to our customer in the future.

Hello, we thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about your experience at Le chameau. When we run test on boots to identify if it is a manufacturing fault, if there is none we do send them back to the customer. When you feel it is not enough, do not hesitate to give us a call so that an escalation can be made by our supervisor and maybe this can have a happy ending.
