As per our listing and technical data sheets its very clear about adding extra dye if needed this is not hidden as you claim in your emails either.

"This is used to dye Suede and Nubuck Leather items, it can also change the colour of suede and nubuck leather, but it depends on the original colour for effectiveness, it’s possible you need to add some shoe dyes. It's a concentrated dye,"
As it states above it depends on the original colour, your going from a green to a white which is probably almost impossible to archive, the shoes had not been cleaned that you sent us and had stains on them all this should have been removed prior to trying any dye.

"The suede and nubuck dye is designed to re colour suede and nubuck or in some cases to change the colour if
required. To change the colour, you may need to add some shoe dye into your mix to make it stronger."
