I can see that you placed the order on 14/11 and it was despatched the next day, therefore payment was taken at that point. Apologies for your despatch email not coming through, have you checked your junk email?
We have tracked your delivery and it shows that the parcel arrived on 17/11, so well within the specified delivery time.
We can only apologise that the packaging has arrived damaged during this process, the parcel left us in an acceptable state.
