I have checked your account. The goods were sent out on the 11th of November, the same day that you ordered them. We would expect them to be with you the next day. You have not called in or made any contact with us until now to say that you have not received them? Generally, customers will contact us if they have not received the order within 48 hours of sending them. This is the first time we have been informed by you that you have not received your order? It sounds as though your daughter would have gone up half or a full size if we had them in-stock - we have a quick and easy returns service.
