Thanks for your review and we’re very sorry to hear you aren’t entirely happy. I believe the voice messages that you are referring to are from our courier, Parcelforce. We do mention the following in our delivery information: "If you provide a mobile number at the checkout, you will receive a text message to notify you of your delivery day.” It seems that where a landline number has been specified, the message will be left with the landline instead. However, you will also have received an email with the tracking information as well.
With regard to the delivery time frame, I have had a look at your order and delivery date, and the order was delivered 2 and a half weeks after you ordered, which was within the 2-3 week delivery frame, so it’s unfortunate you happened to be away at the time. Kind regards, Hollie
