Thanks so much for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that you feel our response time on social media wasn’t quick enough on this occasion. We’re a very small company (in fact, there’s only 3 of us!) and we handle all aspects of the business from packing orders, to photographing all products, to customer service. Which means we can’t always respond to social media queries within a couple of hours, but do we always aim to respond with 24 working hours.
